Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of Nurse Side Hustle, run by Roofus Ventures, PO Box 125, Lindsborg, KS 67456.

Education, not advice. Everything here is general education and research. It isn't legal, tax, medical or business advice, and it isn't permission to practice or to open a business. Scope of practice, delegation, licensing and business-ownership rules differ by state and change often. Check with your state board of nursing, and an attorney or accountant where needed, before acting.

State rules. Our state pages show the date each one was researched and cite the rules displayed. Where a page and your board disagree, your board is right.

No income promises. We make no guarantees or predictions of what you will earn.

Purchases. Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your card number. The price, what you get and the refund rule are shown before you pay. All prices are in US dollars and are one-time charges, not subscriptions.

Side Hustle Course ($97). A digital download: the course guide and the worksheets (two PDFs), sent to the email you give at checkout. It's licensed to you for your own use. Please don't share, copy or resell it. Refunds: the course is a digital product and is final once delivered. If a file is broken or missing, email info@nursesidehustle.pro and we will fix or replace it.

Starter Kit ($397). Four items for your chosen state and path. (1) The Side Hustle Course (two PDFs), emailed within 1 business day of purchase with a few intake questions. (2) A State Requirements Report: a written research report on licenses and delegation, with sources listed and unconfirmed items marked, plus insurance questions to ask your agent. (3) Offer page copy, written from your intake answers. (4) A pricing sheet: a worksheet built from your own costs, time and local research. It isn't a rate we recommend or a promise of income. Items 2 to 4 are emailed within 5 business days of receiving your intake answers. Everything in the kit is licensed to you for your own use. Please don't share, copy or resell it. It's research and education, not legal advice, and it isn't permission to practice. Your board of nursing has the final word. You review and edit the offer page copy before you publish it, and you're responsible for what you publish. Refunds: full refund until you send us your intake answers. After that, it isn't refundable. The course files are covered by the course rule: broken or missing files are fixed or replaced.

Business Build-Out ($1,497). We set up your platform: your offer page, booking and intake forms, a consent form template for your attorney to review, a social media launch plan, results tracking and a State Requirements Report. Before kickoff we agree the scope and timing in writing. You are responsible for your own license, scope, business registration, insurance and legal review. Refunds: full refund until the kickoff call. After that, it isn't refundable.

Problems with an order. Email info@nursesidehustle.pro with your order email and what went wrong. We'll reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

Affiliate links. Some partner links earn us a referral fee at no extra cost to you. We don't control partner sites or services.

Your responsibility. You are responsible for your own license, practice, business decisions and compliance.

Limits. The site is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to $100, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct, or anything that can't be limited by law.

Law. Kansas law governs these terms.
